What is Personal Training?

Personal Training is a one to one service that brings you, the client, the results and information you need to achieve your goals.

It is a service that will better you on so many levels. I offer:

Exercise prescription: for when I am there and when I am not.

Food diaries: so we can look at your nutrition on a regular basis.

Motivation: to achieve what you have set out to achieve with no error.

Knowledge: of all the exercises and information you need to achieve your goals.

Maintenance: I give you the skills you need to keep this lifestyle going forever.

No matter what your goals are personal training can help you achieve them.

Most Personal Trainers have specialities so when you are thinking about what you want to achieve you should bare this I mind.

My specialities include:

Weight Loss: I have had to deal with my own weight struggles before so I know what you are dealing with and the best ways to get around it without fad diets!

Rehabilitation: If you have had an injury or a condition that has stopped you in your path I can help. I have dealt with a lot of different conditions but if I haven't seen a condition before I will research and find out all we need to know to get back on the road!

Body toning: Whether this is building muscle or toning what you have. I am skilled in the correct technique and best exercises to get results. This area has a lot to do with diet as well so we would look into that also.

Jogging and Walking: If you are entering for your first race or you just want to feel confident exercising outside. This is something I feel passionate about. It is a great way to keep fit without using any equipment!

Where Are We?

Personal Training can be done in the home or if its jogging you are interested in can even be done in your lunch break!

We provide all equipment for the sessions.

Sessions are available from 6am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am-12pm on a Saturday. (Times can vary)

We will travel to homes in the Nottingham, Mansfield and Derby area.

There is also a private gym available to use anytime. The address is 89 Zulu road, Basford, Nottingham.
